Clutch RPG is a browser-based multiplayer game. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

What we collect

• Email address — used for account login and password recovery only.
• Username — the in-game name you choose when creating a character.
• Gameplay data — your level, stats, gold, inventory, guild membership, and progress. This is what makes the game work.
• Chat messages — messages you send in the world chat are visible to all players and stored in our database.
• Activity timestamps — when you last played, used to show your online status to other players.

What we do not collect

• We do not collect your real name, address, phone number, or payment information.
• We do not serve ads and do not share your data with advertisers.
• We do not track you across other websites.

How your data is stored

All data is stored in Supabase, a cloud database provider based in the United States. Supabase processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy standards. Your connection to the game uses HTTPS encryption.

Who can see your data

Your username, level, stats, and guild are visible to all players on the leaderboard. Your chat messages are visible to all players in world chat. Your email address is never shown to other players.

How long we keep your data

Your account and gameplay data are kept for as long as your account exists. Chat messages are trimmed to the most recent 30 messages in the live view but may be retained in the database longer.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

Age requirement

Clutch RPG is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the game after changes means you accept the updated policy.
